The programme at the Reinwardt Academy s divided in the taught programme, an internship and the thesis (research). The taught programme consists of 6 modules namely Museological theories & functions and 5 modules with a thematical focus: Expectations & Experiences (including Project Management), Ethics & Strategies, Collecting & Mobilities, Society & Transformation, Changes & Challenges. The environment in which the students work and learn has a strong international orientation and character. Classes consist of fifteen to twenty students from all over the world. The international composition of the classes enriches the professional debate during workshops and lectures. The programme offers a unique opportunity for students to enlarge their networks and broaden their horizons. It challenges students to be autonomous, inquisitive and critical and to develop a professional attitude towards their learning process. Permanent staff members have a deep understanding of (international) professional issues. They will often be joined by expert guest lecturers.
