The two-year programme Educational Sciences focuses on how learning occurs in formal and informal education contexts across the life-span. It provides you with up-to-date knowledge of learning processes, how these processes are regulated by cognitive, affective, social and cultural factors, and how real-time processes shape development on a larger time-scale. The programme concentrates on the interaction between educators, learners and learning materials, including various types of media and ICT. You can also specialise in learning disabilities or in the societal aspects of education. Dutch students choosing the clinical specialisation can obtain a clinical degree.
