At Utrecht University we offer three unique Master's programmes in Physics:


MSc. Climate Physics: this programme offers a unique combination of theoretical courses and practical training in all aspects of Earth’s climate.

MSc. Experimental Physics: the programme in Experimental Physics will provide you with advanced training in fundamental scientific theories that describe the world around us.

MSc. Theoretical Physics: with this programme you will gain knowledge and skills to describe space-time and elementary particles as well as macroscopic and microscopic phenomena in quantum and soft matter.
All our programmes are English-taught and are part of a strong international research network. The contents of each of these Master's programmes (2 years, 120 EC) is closely linked to the research that is conducted at the different research institutes of the department.
